My Question to you the reader Christian or not, is Obama's denial of the heritage of this country a "progressive" move, an ignorant gaff, or an intentional underminding of this country?

I personally believe it's an intentional underminding of this country, based on his actions since he became President.
I believe that Freedom of Religion is one of the pillars of our country, our constitution, and the American way.
A bit of all three. What we are is a majority christian nation, what we are not is a theocracy. I think that politicians should learn the difference. Just like they should learn the difference between a Republic and a Democracy.

We aren't necessarily a Christian country however we are a country based on the recognition of a right by "the Almighty God" to form our union. Our constitution, and national framework, is based on this principle. Obama just wants everyone to love him and that's a dangerous trait for a leader to have.
